Over the past two years our customer base has expanded significantly and because of that we need to make some changes to our monitoring infrastructure to support that growth.

As part of these changes, the IP addresses from which we monitor your websites will change.

From January 2, 2020 we are going to monitor your websites using new monitoring IP address subnets:

  • 89.149.192.96/27
  • 81.17.55.192/27
  • 23.105.12.64/27
  • 173.234.16.0/28

If you have previously whitelisted our IP addresses, you will need to update your configuration to ensure ContentKing can continue monitoring your websites.

What will happen with the legacy monitoring IP addresses?

From today – November 19, 2019 – until January 2, 2020, there will be a transition period during which we will still be using both legacy and new monitoring IP addresses so that you have enough time to update your whitelist configuration.

After January 2, 2020 the legacy IP addresses will be put out of operation and only the new IP address will be used for monitoring.

You can find a list of all ContentKing’s monitoring IP addresses (both legacy and new) in this support article.
