Marek Le Xuan

With 10+ experience, Marek joins our team as Operations Manager. In other words, he’s the man with the plan.

Marek’s background prior to ContentKing includes training development, customer service, and project management. He has worked across a variety of sectors and organizational structures — starting out in an NGO where he managed a team of 15 people, followed by a more global role at Kiwi.com where he trained 300+ hires, and then freelance work where he focused on operations and project management consulting. He is also a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner.

Now in his current role, Marek’s days are filled with building operations and project management processes. His goal is to find the most optimal and efficient way for our team to work. And for him, that means having a bullet-proof, people-proof, and stupid-proof plan for everything.

Coming from a half-Czech, half-Vietnamese family, Marek’s everyday life is shaped by different cultural influences. He studies traditional Chinese medicine, a trade that has been in his family for at least four centuries. He also ran his own online store with local Czech natural cosmetics, supplements and products. And while his interests span across the globe, Marek has and will always call Brno home.
